Wagenborg Foxdrill performs conductor installation projects worldwide both at onshore and offshore locations. Wagenborg Foxdrill has expertise in the installation of conductors from 14’’ till 36’’, both perpendicular and at limited deviation angles.

Pile driving equipment

Wagenborg Foxdrill has multiple sets of hydraulic pile-driving equipment from IHC. This modern piling equipment is available in many countries around the world and can be mobilized to a destination of choice within short notice.

Mobile installation platforms

For onshore applications, Wagenborg Foxdrill uses in-house engineered and purpose-built mobile installation platforms. These highly customized trailers ensure that the conductor is stabilized vertically in 2 axis as the hydraulic hammer drives it into the soil. Significant cost savings are realized as a drilling rig is not required. Also, this installation method allows for the entire operation to be undertaken off the critical development path for construction of a rig site.

One stop shop

To complete the conductor installation service, the company provides the required conductors as well. A “one stop shop” package can be offered: drivability analysis, installation method, piling equipment, welding equipment, tubular handling equipment and conductors.
